Strengthening National Human Resources, FTI UMI Officially Launches Industrial Engineering Masters (S2) Program

MAKASSAR– The Fa­culty of In­dus­trial Tech­no­logy (FTI) of the In­do­ne­sian Muslim Uni­ver­sity (UMI) has once again made bril­liant ac­hie­ve­ments in the world of higher edu­ca­tion in In­do­ne­sia. The en­cou­ra­ging news comes with the is­suance of an ope­ra­tio­nal permit to open a new study pro­gram, namely the In­dus­trial Engi­nee­ring Mas­ters (S2) Pro­gram.

The ope­ning of this study pro­gram is based on the Decree of the Mi­nis­ter of Higher Edu­ca­tion, Science and Tech­no­logy Number: 12/B/O/2026 con­cer­ning Per­mits to Open the In­dus­trial Engi­nee­ring Study Pro­gram Mas­ters Pro­gram at the In­do­ne­sian Muslim Uni­ver­sity.

Res­pon­ding to Global In­dus­trial Chal­le­nges
The pre­sence of the In­dus­trial Engi­nee­ring Mas­ters Pro­gram is a stra­te­gic step for UMI in res­pon­ding to the in­dustry's need for ex­perts who have a deep syste­mic and ma­na­ge­rial un­ders­tan­ding. This pro­gram is de­sig­ned to pro­duce su­pe­rior Human Re­sour­ces (HR), glo­bally com­pe­ti­tive, and able to make a real con­tri­bu­tion to the pro­gress of in­dustry and the nation.
