The UMI Industrial Engineering Student Association's Familiarization Orientation Send-off Has Officially Taken Place.

MAKASSAR, Friday, Sep­tem­ber 18, 2026 — The In­dus­trial Engi­nee­ring Stu­dent As­so­cia­tion of the Fa­culty of In­dus­trial Tech­no­logy, Uni­ver­si­tas Muslim In­do­ne­sia (UMI), held a send-off ce­re­mony for the stu­dent bon­ding and orien­ta­tion pro­gram. The event took place on the UMI campus and was of­fi­cially launc­hed by Ir. Asrul Fole, ST., MT.

 

The event was at­ten­ded by the entire Class of 2025 cohort from the In­dus­trial Engi­nee­ring pro­gram. In his re­marks, Ir. Asrul Fole, ST., MT. high­ligh­ted the im­por­tance of the event in fos­te­ring bonds of brot­her­hood among the Class of 2025 stu­dents, buil­ding so­li­da­rity, and strengt­he­ning a sense of to­get­her­ness throug­hout their aca­de­mic jour­ney.

The par­ti­ci­pants ap­pea­red ent­hu­sias­tic and ready to engage in the full series of ac­ti­vi­ties or­ga­ni­zed by the stu­dent as­so­cia­tion com­mit­tee. The launch of this event marks the be­gin­ning of an orien­ta­tion pro­gram de­sig­ned to pro­ceed in an or­derly and safe manner, cha­rac­te­ri­zed by a spirit of ca­ma­ra­de­rie.
