The Chemical Engineering Study Program of FTI-UMI Conducts a Chemical Engineering Outreach Session at PT TTRI

Mo­ro­wali — The Che­mi­cal Engi­nee­ring Study Pro­gram, Fa­culty of In­dus­trial Tech­no­logy, In­do­ne­sian Muslim Uni­ver­sity (FTI-UMI) car­ries out Che­mi­cal Engi­nee­ring So­cia­li­za­tion ac­ti­vi­ties at PT. Tsing­jian Tech­no­logy Re­search In­do­ne­sia (TTRI).

This ac­ti­vity is part of the FTI-UMI Che­mi­cal Engi­nee­ring Study Pro­gram's ef­forts to in­tro­duce study pro­grams and expand net­works with the in­dus­trial world. Through this ac­ti­vity, par­ti­ci­pants gain in­sight into the role and com­pe­tence of Che­mi­cal Engi­nee­ring in sup­por­ting in­dus­trial de­ve­lop­ment, es­pe­cially in the pro­ces­sing and tech­no­logy in­dustry sec­tors.

The visit also pro­vi­ded mo­men­tum to strengt­hen re­la­tions bet­ween edu­ca­tio­nal ins­ti­tu­tions and the in­dus­trial world, as well as ope­ning up op­por­tu­ni­ties for col­la­bo­ra­tion in the fields of edu­ca­tion, human re­source de­ve­lop­ment, re­search, and in­dus­trial com­pe­tency needs.

Through this ou­treach, the FTI-UMI Che­mi­cal Engi­nee­ring Study Pro­gram hopes to con­ti­nue to build synergy with va­rious in­dus­trial part­ners and con­tri­bute to pre­pa­ring Che­mi­cal Engi­nee­ring gra­dua­tes who are com­pe­tent, adap­tive, and ready to face in­dus­trial needs in the future.
