The Chemical Engineering Study Program of FTI-UMI Conducts a Chemical Engineering Outreach Session at the Morowali Metal Industry Polytechnic.
Morowali — The Chemical Engineering Study Program of the Faculty of Industrial Technology at Universitas Muslim Indonesia (FTI-UMI) conducted an outreach and information session on Chemical Engineering at the Morowali Metal Industry Polytechnic (PILM).

This event served as an initiative by the FTI-UMI Chemical Engineering Study Program to introduce the program, the academic environment, and opportunities for educational and career development in the field of chemical engineering to the academic community at the Morowali Metal Industry Polytechnic.

During the event, the FTI-UMI Chemical Engineering team presented information regarding the program profile, the learning process, scientific disciplines, academic activities, laboratory facilities, and opportunities for student competency development. The session also provided a valuable opportunity to establish communication and open avenues for collaboration between the two educational institutions.

As part of the event, chemical engineering construction materials were presented to support the introduction and expansion of knowledge regarding the field of chemical engineering.

Through this outreach activity, the FTI-UMI Chemical Engineering Study Program hopes to expand its academic network while providing useful information on the role and prospects of chemical engineering in supporting industrial growth, particularly within metal and mineral-based industrial zones.

The event took place in a warm and enthusiastic atmosphere, marking an initial step toward strengthening institutional ties and opening up possibilities for collaboration in education, human resource development, and meeting industrial needs.
